- 2 tbsp corn starch

- once the chiles are blended run the sauce through a hand strainer over a bowl that way just the sauce runs through and discard the chiles that stay in the strainer
- once all that is done then add sauce and corn starch to the neckbones and mix....note: DO NOT dump out any water cause this is what helps make the sauce....once finished let simmer for about 15 minutes and enjoy....
