- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- Pickled Daikon & Carrots (Do Chua)
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ground Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 4 oz Daikon, julienned (or radish)
- 4 oz Carrot, julienned
